I met Mike and Hannah in Twin Lakes at their families lake home over the Fourth of July weekend. It was a beautiful evening. They showed me around the land where their wedding festivities are going to be taking place. Let me tell you, I'm so excited for their wedding, picture a ceremony over the water with cafe lights leading down to the water and an open air barn reception..counting down the days!! Their engagement session did not disappoint either, enjoy for yourselves!
After rain and more rain I was finally able to meet Matt and Caitlin, so glad we held off because we ended up with the most beautiful night! When Caitlin said they wanted to bring their two dogs I was so excited (and nervous ;)), you never know what you are going to get. I love dogs but sometimes they aren't always photo cooperative, but seriously their dogs stole the show and were so well behaved! Enjoy their session <3
Have you ever dated long distance? How about long distance over the ocean? Morten and Rachel's love story was just that, a man from Denmark and a woman from Wisconsin who let distance make their heart grow fonder. I met them last fall for their engagement photos and from that day I knew their wedding would be the sweetest. They had had family and friends who traveled from near and far to witness their wedding.
It was so fun to be able to witness Danish wedding traditions and for us to all join in on the fun. The joining of two families is such a joy to watch. I can't wait to see what adventures lie ahead for Morten and Rachel, they started one right away with their honeymoon traveling over Europe. A huge congratulations again to Morten and Rachel! Grab your coffee and relive their day!

Oh Monday.. I actually don't hate Monday's, maybe that makes me weird, oh well ;) I'm a bit behind on blogging, between shooting, editing, summer fun, and keeping up on a house but here I am catching up! Dustin and Ashley are too sweet! Their sweetness shines through on their pictures! Also, her dress isn't just polka dots, it is sheep and I absolutely adore it! If you like her dress too, head over here!
It was a beautiful June summer day when I met Jonathan and Ashley for their engagement session. They are fun loving and light hearted people, can't wait for their wedding next year!
Good morning! Can you believe July is almost over?! Summer is flying by, I like summer but I love fall so I won't be too sad when fall arrives. Anywho, Andrew and Amy got married on a beautiful summer day. Amy and I only talked through email over the last year of wedding planning and it was so nice to finally be able to meet Amy and Andrew in person.
Their wedding was filled with lots of love, beautiful decorations which time and much effort were put into by Amy and family, and a fun group of friends and family! Grab your morning coffee, tea, whatever you fancy and relive their day with me! <3

Happy Wednesday! So as I sit here with my lukewarm coffee (which a little fact about me is I hate lukewarm coffee) that needs heated for the what feels like the hundredth time I'm thinking of how much I have to do in regards to blogging and editing. Today is the perfect day to do just that as it is dreary and stormy here in Wisconsin. Anywho, let's get onto who this blog post is all about.
That is Kevin and Isabelle's wedding day! It was a very hot day in June with the sun and blue skies abounding while we drove north of our home to be greeted by a wonderful group of people. It was a joining of two families, one from Idaho and one from Wisconsin and it was a beautiful day celebrating Kevin and Izzy's love! So grab your hopefully hot cup of coffee, tea, or whatever your fancy and relive their day with me!
You guys all the details that are unique to everyone's weddings kills me..I'm obsessed <3
Kevin and Izzy's first look was one of the most beautiful ones I've seen and at a stinking waterfall!! Dream come true!
My husband and I were planning a weekend up at my parent's cabin with some friends of ours and it also happened to be close enough to their anniversary! So what better to do than have an anniversary session. It was so much fun to wander around and find these hidden spots for pictures. Hope you enjoy their session as much as I did!
Happy Wednesday lovelies! Today was spent catching up on stuff around the house... aka laundry! Queen of laundry procrastination! Folding laundry means binge watching Grey's Anatomy though, so not too bad of a Wednesday. I am slowly but surely improving my blogging sessions, trying to be consistent anywho.
Today, we have Brittany and her two sweet little boys! She was my spring mini session winner from a few months ago, we waited until she had her newest little one to do her session. Her husband had to go into work last minute so we did a mommy and boys session, hopefully next time we can see all four of them <3
After much rain in the forecast we were going to just go ahead and embrace the rain, however, the closer I got to Retzer Nature Center the sun started coming out from behind the clouds. Yay!! I met Hannah and Brian where they had hiked during their college days where they first met. They love to travel and are eloping in the mountains in Colorado, I am too excited for them!
Hello there! Wisconsin Wedding Photographer and Love Storyteller. Hope you enjoy my work! <3
